Richard Herbage
Director and IT Guru
People would often say that Richard is not your stereotypical IT guy. He likes to think of himself as a cool nerd.
Richard has been working in IT for 18 years, predominately is the corporate space but over the last 5 years he has been focusing on residential and small business. Richard is passionate about working in the residential and small business space as he believes the benefits to be gained from the fast pace of technology development can be rewarding and very useful but to many people, the range of options available can seem complicated to understand and difficult to successfully put in place.
IT support can often be associated with poor communication but Richard works hard at ensuring that his clients understand and are happy with all the information he is providing. Where Richard is different from others in his field is his ability to relate to clients, talk with them and understand their needs. Richard strives to provide the best level of service possible. Customer service and satisfaction is his top priority
Richard is passionate about what technology can bring into your homes and businesses and he likes to be able to help clients find solutions that work for them.
When Richard is not 'Techtivating' you will find him either with his family cracking dad jokes and chasing his 2 young boys around, at home starting the next DIY project, or on a golf course (his true passion)
Sarah Herbage
Business Manager
Originally from Melbourne (don’t hold that against her), made the sea change to Perth back in 2016.
Moving to follow her career as a State manager for a medical device company.
Sarah started her career In the fitness industry focusing personal training, community programs and later on Health club management. Enjoying the challenge that managing brings Sarah pursued this into the medical device field where she has worked the last 10 years.
Sarah is passionate about providing a service that can exceed customers' expectations, and creating systems and improvements in business to make your work, work for you. Now working with Techtivate as the Business Manager and Virtual assistant (VA), Sarah is excited to ensure that Techtivate becomes the business of choice.
When Sarah is not 'Techtivating' she is exploring the world with her 2 young boys (everything is fun when you look through the eyes of a child). Sarah also spends her time rock climbing, hiking or sneaking down to the beach for a run and swim.
